Depending on where you lost your item, there are different contact details. Please see below to determine the correct party to contact about locating your item.
***All Lost Item claims processed through HAS are free of charge. Please be mindful of websites that charge for Lost Item claims. They are not affiliated with the Houston Airport System or IAH.
Airport Lost & Found
- Hours: Daily, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

- Located on the Arrivals Level (Lower Level) in Terminal E
Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
Items lost at the security checkpoint are held by the TSA: 1-281-443-5301 or iahlostandfound@tsa.dhs.gov
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
All passports found are turned over to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection within thirty (30) consecutive days. Please contact IAH CBP at 1-281-230-4672.
IAH Rental Car Shuttle
For items left on Car Rental Shuttle Buses, please contact Transdev at 1-281-233-1019 or email Ben.Herr@transdev.com.
