Ground Transportation
IAH Terminal Limousine Pickup Areas and Procedures:
- Terminal A: Park in the West lot, south side in marked area. Drivers with active manifests may wait inside the baggage claim area in the designated waiting area to meet their customers.
- Terminal B: Park in the North Circle. Drivers with active manifests may wait inside the baggage claim area in the designated waiting area to meet their customers.
- Terminal C: Park in the C garage limo parking area (1st floor, east entrance). Drivers with active manifests may wait inside the baggage claim area in the designated waiting area to meet their customers.
- Terminal D: No pickup areas for Limos at Terminal D
- Terminal E: Park in the C garage limo parking area (1st floor, east entrance). Drivers will ride the ITT (subway train) to terminal E and wait at the “meet and greet” T/E CBP exit doors. Then the drivers would escort their customers via the ITT back to terminal C limo parking area to load and leave the airport. No parking/staging or waiting allowed on the terminal E curb.
Note: International passengers who arrive at Terminal D will proceed through Customs & Immigration to the Terminal E international arrivals hall.
Limousine drivers picking up a passenger from Terminal E must use the Terminal C Limousine parking area, Limousines are not allowed to pickup on the Terminal E temporary Arrivals curb due to limited space with construction.
All limousine drivers picking up passengers at the airport must be badged. Drivers are prohibited from soliciting fares. Do not accept a ride without a prearranged reservation.
